Because all of our products are handmade, they may vary slightly. This includes the color, pattern placement, size and shape. This means no two items are exactly the same which makes the products super unique just for you!
Our products are not animal proof. They can be torn and chewed. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing our products. Make sure to monitor your pup while they are wearing any accessories. Take off the product if they seem uncomfortable or irritated. As our bandanas are meant to be tied around the neck, it poses a choking hazard. Sandy Paws is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.
Processing: Our current processing time is 1-14 business days depending on the fabric. We have fluctuation in stock availability of fabric. If you need your order immediately please contact us before placing your order to confirm.
Shipping: For domestic shipping, shipping is handled through the USPS as a first class package, which typically has a 1-3 day shipping window. For international shipments, shipping is handled through USPS and then transferred to your local in-country handler. International shipments typically have a 1-3 week shipping window. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen.
We do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handmade to your specific print and sizing needs! We provide detailed sizing charts and information under our "Size Guide" tab in the header.
We may exchange your items if you receive damaged products. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with photos and a detailed explanation. If we accept the exchange, you are responsible for sending back the damaged item with our pre-paid label and we can process your exchange for another item once received. Exchanged for damaged items must be addressed 1-3 business days after receiving the package. Exchanged will not be considered after this time frame.
Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout and the weight of the overall package. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case that it is not, email us as soon as possible so we can change it on our end before mailing it out.
Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame. Delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.
